Ware records eight deeds in past month, but most sale prices go undisclosed
Ware recorded eight property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $37,500 to $135,000, with a median of $43,000. The month's top recorded sale was 51 Church St. for $135,000, sold by Donald A. and Cheryl D. Choquette to Real Estate USA LLC. Old Poor Farm Road saw two transfers, both without disclosed prices. Three deeds listed "Declaration of Homestead" as the buyer. With five of eight sale prices undisclosed, the data does not support broader conclusions about market tone this period.
