Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Ware property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only five carried a sale price by the reporting deadline. Those five ranged from $29,352 to $278,000, with a median of $230,000. The top recorded sale was 10 Maple Ave at $278,000, sold by Mancia Services LLC to Kiavi Funding Inc. Maple Avenue and North Street each saw two transfers. With prices missing for 12 of 17 records, likely still pending registry updates, the data available does not yet support a clear read on whether the market favors buyers or sellers this period.
