Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded seven property transfers in Ware from Aug. 7 to Aug. 12, 2026. Three of the seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $69,033 to $70,000, with a median of $70,000. The highest-priced transactions tied at $70,000: 55 West Street, sold Aug. 7 from trustees to William S. Davis, and 20 River Road, sold Aug. 12 to Webster First Federal Credit Union. The remaining four transfers, including a homestead declaration and a certificate of death, did not disclose a price. With limited pricing data and no repeat-street activity, the data does not support characterizing the period as active or quiet.
