Seven deeds recorded in Ware in July; only one reveals what a property sold for
The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded seven property transfers in Ware between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $385,766, recorded July 8, with JJS Capital Investment LLC and Ware Town Health listed as sellers and JJS Capital Investment LLC as buyer. That figure also serves as the period's low, high and median, since no other price data was available. Three of the remaining six deeds were homestead declarations rather than sales, and two transferred properties to the Town of Ware. With price data limited to a single record, the month's market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset alone.
