Nine Ware Deeds Recorded in August, Just Three List a Sale Price
Nine property deeds were recorded in Ware between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three listed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $70,000 with a median of $30,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 67 Beaver Lake Rd. at $70,000, transferred from William J. and Tracie L. Pfister to Holyoke Credit Union. All three priced sales named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer. The other six deeds, including two transfers to the town of Ware and three homestead declarations, carried no listed price, limiting what the data shows about overall market conditions this period.
